St Michael's Music Project

The Music Project gives young people access to drama, singing, dance and music-making. It offers lessons in keyboard and percussion and the opportunity to play and perform with other young people on an eclectic mix of instruments. It gives local young people the opportunity to raise their self-esteem, to develop leadership, project management, peer-education and teamwork skills.

Steel Pan in the Community

A derivative of St Michael's Music Project, Steel Pan in the Community allows young people to learn to play Steel Pan and befriend the community through community performances, at residential care homes and day centres for Older People and people with disabilities, to travel and support other voluntary organisations and to work in partnership with Voluntary and Statutory sector agencies for the benefit of the wider community.

Leaders of Tomorrow

Leaders of Tomorrow programme seeks to provide children aged 8 to 11 years with the appropriate support in order to deal with issues that are affecting their education and future. The project mission is to provide a platform where these children can develop their morality, integrity, character, self knowledge, self worth and their ability to deal with life and its challenges.

Environmental Programme

The Environmental Awareness Project is part of the youth development programme, and teaches respect, maintenance and management of the local environment in Stonebridge.

Girlhood to Womanhood

Pprovides a platform for girls (12 -23) to develop their integrity, character, self-knowledge and self-worth, and their ability to deal with life and its challenges. (here is also a male counterpart project to help boys 11-16 cope with the growing challenges they have, which includes gangs and gang culture).
